Data Deletion Policy

1. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and all associated account data at any time. We honour all deletion requests promptly and thoroughly.

2. What Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• All connected ad platform data (campaign data, spend records, attribution paths)
• CRM records, customer profiles, and lead data
• Phone call tracking data and WhatsApp attribution data
• AI-generated insights, recommendations, and reports
• All analytics, dashboards, and saved configurations
• Email address and waitlist records

3. How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:

• In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account (available once the platform launches).
• Email: Send a request to team@hushmetrics.com from the email address associated with your account.

4. Deletion Timeline

We process deletion requests within the following timeframes:

• Acknowledgement: Within 2 business days of receiving your request.
• Active Data Removal: Within 14 days, your data is removed from all active systems and is no longer accessible.
• Backup Purge: Within 90 days, your data is permanently purged from all backup systems.

5. Exceptions

We may retain limited data beyond the deletion timeline only if required by applicable law (e.g., financial record-keeping obligations or active legal proceedings). In such cases, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the legal basis for retention.

6. Waitlist Data

If you joined our waitlist and wish to be removed, simply email team@hushmetrics.com with your email address. We will remove your entry within 2 business days.

7. Verification

To protect your data, we may verify your identity before processing a deletion request. This is done to prevent unauthorized deletion of another person’s data.
