Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model

Hushmetrics operates on a monthly subscription model at $500/month (base plan for up to 10 users), with additional users at $35/month each. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based add-ons — including AI credits, phone number purchases, call fees, and WhatsApp conversation fees — are billed separately based on actual consumption.

2. Free Trial

New customers receive a free trial period upon gaining access from the waitlist. A credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends and you choose to continue with a paid subscription.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by contacting team@hushmetrics.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain full access to all features until the billing period expires.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 Days: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid billing cycle, you may request a full refund for that month.
  • Service Issues: If Hushmetrics experiences significant downtime or service failures that materially impact your ability to use the platform, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount), we will issue a full correction and refund promptly.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial months of usage after the 7-day window
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations (as results depend on data quality and campaign setup)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email team@hushmetrics.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
