Data Policy

1. What Data We Process
Hushmetrics processes the following categories of data to deliver our attribution and analytics services:
- Ad Platform Data: Campaign names, ad set details, spend amounts, impressions, clicks, and conversion events from connected platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram).
- Phone Call Data: Call timestamps, duration, caller identifiers (hashed), and the associated campaign or keyword source. Call recordings are never stored.
- WhatsApp Data: Conversation metadata, timestamps, and attribution source. Message content is not read or stored.
- CRM Data: Lead and customer records you create or import, including contact details, deal stages, and revenue data.
- Website & Event Data: Page views, conversions, and custom events tracked through our attribution pixel.
2. How Data Is Collected
We collect data through:
- Read-Only API Connections: When you connect an ad platform, we use official APIs with read-only permissions. We never modify your campaigns or ad settings.
- Webhooks & Callbacks: For phone and WhatsApp integrations, we receive event notifications through secure webhooks.
- Direct Input: Data you manually enter into the CRM or customer profiling features.
3. Data Storage & Retention
All data is stored on encrypted servers within secure cloud infrastructure. We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days. After account termination, data is permanently deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
4. Data Isolation
Each customer’s data is logically isolated. Your ad data, CRM records, and analytics are never mixed with or accessible by other customers. AI models process your data in isolation and do not train on your data.
5. Third-Party Sub-Processors
We use a limited number of sub-processors to deliver our services:
- Cloud hosting and storage providers
- Email delivery services (for notifications and waitlist communications)
- AI inference providers (for campaign analysis features)
All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data to the same standards we uphold.
6. Data Portability
You can export your data at any time from within the platform. We support standard formats (CSV, JSON) for all major data types including attribution reports, CRM records, and campaign analytics.
